Every time I come across Aaron Rodgers’ name, my brain does a joyful backflip to that hilarious Key and Peele sketch. You know the one—where they mispronounce names with such pizzazz that even your own name starts sounding like it belongs in a foreign film.
But let’s be real—that’s not always the case. Sometimes, instead of giggling over those creative pronunciations, I’m transported back to when my old company brought in an “Efficiency Expert” to streamline operations.
Enter Lloyd—our supposed productivity savior.
Now, don’t get me wrong; Lloyd was probably fantastic at his job. However, I couldn’t help but notice the irony of this efficiency guru starting his own name with two Ls!
Naturally, I had to point out this glaring inefficiency—because if you’re going to preach efficiency, shouldn’t it start with your own moniker? It’s like hiring a health consultant named Doughnut McSugarplum; something just doesn’t add up!
And honestly, after Christmas and nearing the season’s end, that’s all I’ve got for this week.
Wings will be Peach Bourbon this week and there will be a raffle and a kids’ raffle.
